Our Cottage Rental Rates in Minden
Our cottage rental rates are very reasonable, and we offer cottages throughout all four seasons. We have studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom cottages on Mountain Lake for you to choose from, and some of our cottages also offer a Jacuzzi. Current Cottage Rental Rates
High season begins on the Friday of the first weekend falling entirely after June 15, and runs through the Saturday night of the first weekend falling entirely after September 15. Low season begins on the Sunday of that September weekend.
In 2026, low season begins Sunday September 20. In 2027, high season begins Friday June 18 and low season begins Sunday September 19.
March Break is charged at the low season rate.
The Christmas and New Year period is charged at high season rates, from the Friday before the Ontario school break begins through the Sunday night before school returns. Midweek and weekend rates apply by night, except December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1, which are always charged at the weekend rate. In 2026 that is Friday December 18 to Sunday January 3.

*Above pricing based on listed occupancy of each cottage Each cottage can accommodate additional guests on a pullout sofa for an additional cost of $30.00 CAD /night/ person or $150.00 CAD/week/person. Day guests are welcome for a fee of $20/person/per day. Prices listed are the listed rack rates and are subject to change based on availability. Above pricing is subject to HST.
** A valid boat license is required to rent a fishing boat. If you do not have a valid boat license, we can sell you a temporary boat license permit for $15.00 per person
Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend that you not book if you anticipate having to cancel.
- Low season reservations-Cancellations made within 8-30 days prior to check in date will lose 30% deposit unless we are able to re-book the cottage for same value less $25+HST admin fee. A full refund will be issued less a $25.00 + HST admin fee if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advance. No shows/cancellations made within 7 days of check in date will lose deposit and will also be charged 100% of balance owing unless we are able to re-book the cottage for the same value. A $25.00 +HST admin fee will be applied
- High season reservations : Cancellations made within 30-60 days prior of check-in date will lose 30% deposit unless we are able to re-book the cottage for same value less $50 +HST admin fee. No shows/cancellations made within 30 days of check in date will lose the deposit and also be charged 100% of balance owing unless we are able to re-book the cottage for the same value. A full refund will be issued less a $50.00+ HST admin fee per cottage if reservation is cancelled more than 61 days in advance.
- If renting the entire resort in low season (8 cottages): Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will lose your entire deposit unless we are able to re-book the entire resort for same value less $50+ HST admin fee/cottage . No shows/cancellations made within 60 days of check in date will lose the deposit and be charged 100% of balance owing unless we are able to re-book all cottages for the same value. A full refund will be issued less a $50 +HST admin fee/cottage if reservation is cancelled more than 61 days in advance.
- Ice Fishing : If cancelled less than 10 days in advance or if less people arrive than originally reserved, the total # of people in the original reservation will be charged in full. This is non-negotiable.
- Boat Renters must have valid boat license or purchase a temporary boat rental safety check-list and sign a boat rental agreement prior to using the rental boat.
- Check in time is 4 p.m. (please call if arriving later). Check out time is 10 a.m. in high season (mid June to mid September) and 11 a.m. at all other times, including the Christmas and New Year period (unless otherwise noted).
